Please help, horrible symptoms....Perimenopause
Hello: I have been suffering from symptoms for about 6 years now. I have tried everything and nothing works, doctors don't seem to know what to do besides hormone therapy, and I don't want that. My symptoms are anxiety, nausea, irritability, weight gain, headaches, dizziness from time to time, scant and irregular periods, weepiness, joint pain, bloating, etc. Please let me know if there is something you can recommend. Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.
1. Describe your main suffering?
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
6. Which time of the day you are worst?
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.
8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

Hi: Okay, this is going to be long! Here you go:
1. Joint pain and fatigue
2. Nausea, weight gain, very dry skin, vaginal dryness and irritation, bloating
3. Weepiness, anxiety, mood swings, irritable, get stressed and worried over little things
4. Hopeless and like I have the flu
5. About age 45 - can only connect to divorce, but have had bad PMS my whole life.
6. morning and around 3 a.m.
7. rain, cloudy days, extreme cold, caffeine, loud tv or radio
8. yes, my hormones
9. warm, sunny weather.
10. mild, good sense of humor, smile alot, like to laugh, get along well with all sorts of people, very feminine, outgoing but not loud, love to organize, clean, work, don't like just sitting around doing nothing, like to have everything in its place, don't like clutter
- do not like thunderstorms, scary, get headaches
- love being consoled and cuddled, this really helps
- yes, noise,lots of bright light not good
- do talk to self, crying jags, pick at nails but do not bite them
- don't have alot of friends, one or two close ones
- I have boyfriend I live with for 8 years, have had some bad times and now better, 2 wonderful grown daughters, one is a little harder to get along with
11. I dream alot of being attacked or having my home broke into
12. Love and crave chocolate! Cookies and cakes. I love salads, fish, veggies. Don't like anything heavy or greasy, dislike canned salmon and liver
13. Less - drink a couple cups of decaff in day, 2 or 3 glasses of water with lemon in evening
14. crave junk more than good food - cake, cookies, rolls, etc. I do not eat alot, I have a good healthy big breakfast, a latte for lunch, dinner is bigger because boyfriend likes meat and potatoes
15. Fiber - cramps and gas, also regular lettuce and caffeine
16. very little sweat, under breasts and neck area
17. usually once in the morning, soft and mushy
18. on my side, wake up at around midnight and again around 3 a.m.

take PULSATILLA 200C every 4 to 6 hours till you have the symptoms.
take it for 2 to 3 days maximum.
during subsequent episodes, you can take again for some days.

Ok, I don't understand. Take it every 4-6 hours until I am sick? (you say 'till you have the symptoms), do you mean until they go away?
Then you say 'at 15 minutes interval on one day morning'. Do you mean take it one day a week for every 15 minutes just in the morning? Please explain a little clearer so I can understand. Thanks!

take PULSATILLA PRATENSIS 200C every 4 to 6 hours. if you feel ok, stop the remedy.
once you are ok and dont want the symptoms to come back, take PULSATILLA 1M single dose on any one morning and then another single dose after 15 minutes on the same morning.
