Allergy/cough remedy for my 4 yr old please

Writing for my 4 year old little girl, need some relief from cough particularly, but suggestions on how to avert her allergy attacks altogether would be appreciated.
1. Symptoms: begins with watery eyes (red ring around left eye and on streak on left cheek), nasal congestion – lasts 2 or three days then moves into a hard cough when lying down, when body is warm, but can begin when playing outside or relaxing inside, cough is hard and comes and goes, sounds like more saliva in mouth or nasal drip down throat
2. Symptoms located: left eye primarily waters, nose, and throat
3. What first started it off: season change, a bunch of trees just bloomed (in SC), good stress – visit from Grandma
4. When it’s worse: cough when lying down to nap or sleep, when body is warm, but occurs at random times too (inside or out)
5. When it feels better: activity, body cool, drinking warm tea
6. Sleep pattern: usually naps in afternoon 2:30 – 4:30pm, bedtime 8:30
7. Sensitive to: very affectionate
8. State of mind: secure, happy, strong willed
9. Food: very picky eater – likes yogurt, some fruit, no veggies, likes meat (chicken, steak, lunch meat (turkey)), drinks fruit juice, water, warm tea
10. No major diseases
11. Mo reactions to medicines
12. No history of homeopathic treatment
13. All other symptoms: warm natured child sweats easily, snores when she sleeps, otherwise very healthy and happy
