eye sight
Hi, this is vijaya and i work for an MNC and would have to sit before system for atleast 9 hours a day. Recently i have been experiencing severe head ache and blurred vision and have been diagnosed with an sight of .25 in my right eye and .50 in my left eye. Can there be any medicine which would help me improve the eye sight so that i can stop using specs after sometime (apart from rich vitamin A diet and good exercise which i recently started following).vijji1982 on 2007-03-13

take a dose of RUTA GRAVEOLENS 30C one dose in the morning for some days and note the changes.
