Wrist/hand CrampsHello, i am from india. I have been facing a problem of pain in my right hand wrist. Pain is felt when i use my computer and when i try to bent my wrist in either directions. I have consulted with the ortho surgeon. He suggested that this is muscles problem and gave me anti-inflamatory drugs/ gel but it did not work. I am 28 married working as sales officer. Please adivce me any homeo remedy. Thanks in advance.

You may consider monthly body work to deeply massage all the places one would not normally exercise while walking or performing self-exercising. There are several hand exercise objects for sale here and there. Test them out.
If you are married, ask your wife to massage your hands up to your elbows each evening. Or pay a manicurist to do this on occasion. Maybe you and another computer person can "trade" massages of the hands to elbows.
Whatever you do, avoid surgery. I treat unsuccessful surgery constantly.
