Mastoiditis!

Please can anyone help me . I was told that I have Mastioditis. I have had this problem for some time now and am becoming desperate. I am unable to go into the wind or cold weather. Even if I am sitting in the house my ear bothers me if it's cold indoors. When I sleep I have to cover my ear to keep it warm. The bone behind my ear is sensitive to the cold and aches from the cold.I have the need to wriggle my finger in my ear to relieve a blocked feeling.
