Before & after knee surgery

What would you recommend for a friend of mine who is having knee surgery in a month? What could she take before and after the surgery?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If he is worried about surgery, give him aconite a day before surgery, and on the day of surgery, you can give arnica.(3 doses,3hours apart)

Give him staphysagria, after completion of the surgery, and afterwards, continue with Arnica for a day or two.

30 potency is safe.

Aconite removes the anxiety.

Staphysagria helps in fast healing of the sutures, and surgical wounds.

Arnica removes the soreness.

The reason to give arnica before surgery is with the hope that it acts as a prophylactic.

In surgery anxiety can be relieved by Bach flower remedy, Rescue Remedy. A few drops every hour or as needed. Aconite';s major symptom is sudden onset.

ARNICA 30X to 200X (either or)
can be acompanied by HYPERICUM as it is good for nerve endings and Tetanus.

After surgery Staphysagria is good and CARBO VEG first to relieve stomach after surgery.

The ARNICA should follow once or twice a day for at least a week. Take at different times a day. Sabra
