injury near ankle

I hurt myself with rotating computer chair near left ankle. The area closer to heal has become black. I have taken 1 dose of Arnica 200 for 2 days so I do not have pain but skin is balck. Please suggest some remedy.Thanks a lot.

You can use LEDUM PALUSTRE 9CH, three pellets, twice a day. If the pain appears again, use Arnica as you did.

Thanks Andres. I do not know the difference between C and CH potency. Can I take Ledum 30 C safely. Please advise.

My dear friend dr.Andres, prefer to precribe in low potencies. CH is lower than C. However, you can take 30c as well.
