Dear shri Wasim

I have seen your post (very old) which was unattended.
If the patient is still suffering from DVT. I can suggest following medicines

1. 1st 3 days-'Lachesis-1m' 6 pills at bed time

After that
2. From her metal status described, you can give her a Bach Flower medicine 'Agrimony'5 drops 2 times in 2 spoonful water
3. Arnica-6 4 drops 2 times a day
4. Ferrum Phos-12x 4 pallets 2 times a day
5. Pulsetilla-1m 6 pills at bed time every day

Give this treatment for 15 days and then give a feedback to me
If she is totally OK then ignore this post
