SOS SOS-Extremely high myopia
I am a 35 year old female with 17 dioptres of myopia in my left eye and 21 in my right.Also have astygmatism.I use semi-rigid contact lenses and as long as I wear them I actually get around fine,use the computer, etc... but I am scared to death of the future.
My retinas are in pretty bad shape with degeneration everywhere as well as scarring.
I don´t know homeopathic doctors in Portugal. Can anyone please give me any useful information about rmedies or who or where to turn to ( even sites...)?
Is physostigma inicated for me?
All I take are minerals and viamins from the pharmacy.
What side effects could ocurr as well as incompatabilities ?

please take JABORANDI 6C or 12c at least 3 times a day for a month.
you can take PHYSOSTIGMA 6C or 12C with the same frequency if JABORANDI gives no relief.
you need to check your eyes after every 15 days and correct your lenses as its a very slow healing process.
if any of the above remedies give results, you need to continue it for several weeks.

Things are difficult because I needed to receive laser treatment to prevent retinal detachment.

Dear sofia,
There's a small book called 'Better sight Without Glasses' written by Harry Benjamin which came out probably over 80 years ago but has been reprinted many times and it's still available on Abebooks. It is quite cheap but the author's life story is truly inspirational; he had myopia even higher then yours. I have many books on eyesight training but this book is my favourite. I do hope you will get this book and follow its instrtuctions.
