Constipation and infants

My 6 months old grandson has been having constipation problem for the last two months or so. His Bowel movements are once in three to four days. At times after four days, when he is uncomfortable, his mom has to use suppository to get him going. Other than that he has no problem. He is still being breast fed. He is very happy, quite child. His height and weight are right on above 90 percentile. He is fair and doen not have much hair since birth. His mom and dad are both vegetarian. Please advise what Homeopathic remedy would be good for him to alleviate his constipation.
