vertebral disc degeneration
Hello,Male, 38 yrs old. 170cm, 62kgs weight.
Two years ago the doctor discovered vertebral disc degeneration at dorsal location (D11 and D12, specially D12-L1).
The consequence of this is that when carrying weight then I feel a little of pain in that zone that dissapear some times after.
Swimming pool makes me much better and currently I have no problems with this. However I think in a future it could degenerate more and more leading to other vertebral problems (hernia...)?
Any treatment for long time in order to regenerate the discs?
Many thanks
