remedy for young cat

She's a long hair female outdoor cat. Was attacked by dog, coyote,? , about 4 months ago. Had hugh fang holes behind both ears. When I found her it had just happened. She was already going into shock and bleeding profusely. I administered arnica every 15 minutes and she slowly came back. With the care of her siblings she remained alive and warm through the cold spells. Then about 2 weeks later she started having green drainage out of the wounds. I gave her 2 doses of sovereign silver. The wounds have since healed and she seems fine for 2 months. Now she is losing her hair . It started on her hind by her tail and now she is scratching and pulling it out in bunches. There are small bunches of vomit [I assume hers] around and she refused to eat this AM. She is drinking and seems to be itching alot. Right be fore this she developed a cold, but I thought had gotten over that. She also has an odor to her. [bad, sour] Please help.... She's the smallest of her litter and so sweet. I'd hate to lose her now, and I can't stand to see her suffer.
