Elderly lady and frequent urination

My grandmother is 96 years old. She fell and broke here hip two years ago and now has signs of dementia. She can walk with walker, but is weak. She is loosing her eyesight and is now deaf. But what we are concerned about is that she needs to urinate every 1/2 to 1 hour night and day. This is preventing sleep for her caregivers.
The amount of urine is negligible. Maybe 5-15 ml. each time.
What remedy would help with this?
thanks in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
BARYTA CARB 200C given every days twice for several days could help.
