please help-effexor withdrawal
I am desperatly trying to get off of Effexor. I have gotten myself down to 25 mg per day. I did this for a week. Then tried taking 25 mg every other day. BUT on the off day, I have terrible nightmares and I am unable to wake myself up during them. I believe this is a type of sleep paralysis. Regardless of what it's called, I desperatly want to get off this stuff. Can anyone give me any tips on how to do this? These nightmares are the worse!!!!Thanks for any help!!

I can't remember specifics of my nightmares. Being chased and not being able to wake up from the dream is the worst feeling. Most of the time, I'm aware I'm having one yet I cannot wake myself up. It has been described as 'sleep paralysis'. Any help at all you can give me, would be MUCH appreciated. This seems to the be WORST side effect for me during the Effexor withdrawal process.
I'm down to 12.5 mg every morning. At this pediatric dose, if I miss or stop taking it, the dreams start up immediately.

You should try the following in the given below conditions:
Dreams all night of the same subject (Ignatia 30C )
or
Sleep disturbed by aweful dreams and attacks of suffocation after long sleep (Lachesis 30C)
(4 Pills at a time three times a day)
Report after 3 days of taking medicine.
