please help-effexor withdrawalI am desperatly trying to get off of Effexor. I have gotten myself down to 25 mg per day. I did this for a week. Then tried taking 25 mg every other day. BUT on the off day, I have terrible nightmares and I am unable to wake myself up during them. I believe this is a type of sleep paralysis. Regardless of what it's called, I desperatly want to get off this stuff. Can anyone give me any tips on how to do this? These nightmares are the worse!!!!
Thanks for any help!!

I'm down to 12.5 mg every morning. At this pediatric dose, if I miss or stop taking it, the dreams start up immediately.
