Question for Joe De Livera- Weight loss using Nat Phos

I im 31 yrsold female who had had problems my entire life with weight gain.my family enjoys good food and are on the heavy side hence problem with weight. At one point I was even bulimic but thru hypnotherapy iwas cured of it, thought the temptation is always there.married a man for who looking good is very impt hence ive continued to have the pressure of trying to be slim. I was pregnant in 2006 weighed 55 kgs gained 30 kgs by the end of the pregnancy.Lost 8 kgs with birth came down to 76kgs. Suddenly I gained the weight back went to 85kgs. I tried to diet but I could not knock it off. I was depressed, overweight, cold, tired. Went to India dec 2006 with baby boy for a holiday. Was diagnosed with hypothyroid. Started on thyroxcin 100mcg. the funny thing is when i was in london i checked my blood but i had no thyroid symptons, but in span of 2 months when i went to india i had thyroid!!After 2 months i got my blood checked again
these were my levels:
FT4-1.37
TSH - 0.14
Thyroid antibodies serum
thyroglobulin antibodies- 133.1
thyroid peroxidase antibodies- 31.0
phosphorous serum - 2.9
parathyroid harmone
calcium - 8.6
PTH - 82.3

im continuing with medication, i managed to loose a bit of weight im down back to 75kgs. I need help with loosing weight and help to understand my thyroid. I feel depressed at times, cold, getting constant sore throats,eyes burning, hair loss and sinus blocked noses.dont have the will to do anything and body aches all the time...its doesnt help as my son suffers with chronic atopic eczema turns 1 next month. he scratches a lot and cannot sleep in the night.......
i will be grateful for any advice........
a homeopath family friend suggested i have phytolacca berry tablets...... dont know how much ,though i have been having it for one month, morn afternoon and eve but no difference in weight loss....... and have had sore throats
saw the post on natrium phos for weight loss shud i take it? can i use it despite having hypothyroid.
thank you for seeing my problem . i will be grateful for any advice

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Thyrodinium 30C (3 times a day)

Reduction in intake. Reduce Sweet/sugar to half. Oil to half and skip 1/2 meal a day to start. i.e. Take 1/2 Breakfast or reduction in Lunch and Dinner.

Take one apple a day.

Take Lot of water

Walk daily atleast 40 minutes a day.
