ear pressure, headaches etc

symtoms - for over one year
head/ears feel congested, full with pressure

1. constant pressure in ears - as one experiences traveling by plane/high altitudes. the pressure is sometimes worse in the left ear.

2. waking up with pain of external ear at night and a trickling sound of water in the ears.

3. during the day ears are overly dry inside with pressure but no pain.

4. strange rushing sounds or fluid sounds in ear when i touch the tissue near the ears/face/cheek. more so on the left side.

5. rushing/roaring sounds in ears when i turn/stretch head far to the left or right.

6. headaches are very sore to the touch - forehead, obove and behind eyes, back of head, occiput, down neck, sometimes in the temples, and root of nose.

7. during the most severe headaches the area an inch or so behind the ears is extremely sore, with a sensation of heat, as are the points on the two bones on the back of the head just above the neck. the neck is also sore.

8. some herb teas and coffe drinks increase the pain behind the ears, head and neck.

9. anger/frustration increases blood flow to head. the rushing sounds/ear pressure, headaches increase.

10. listening to too much talking aggravates the ear pressure. talking on the phone aggravates the ear pressure and pain at night.
