painful tongue at "root"

For the past three days the centre of my tongue has been painful in the back of my mouth and down into the root or base where it attaches into my lower jaw. From the front where the salivary glands are along to the back where my last molar is.
Tender to pressure.
Feel like a bruise or a cramp. Achey
Excessive salivation.
Some lymph node swelling in throat.
Sore itchy throat.
Eyes stinging mildly.
Itchy nasal passages.
Worse in the morning.
Better with warm liquids.
Worse with swallowing and chewing.
Worse with sour foods or liquids.
History of food and environmental allergies esp. dust mites.
Painful tongue does not always occur with other allergy symptoms.
History of candida and chronic fatigue, now successfully treated by removal of mercury fillings and subsequent I.V. chelation therapy.
Have had 7 chelation treatments since January.
