What rubrics cover this symptom?

An old man who is weary from life dislikes himself because he thinks its egotistical of him to want to commit suicide, but not wanting to leave his wife behind alone and with (money) worries. (The man is old and rather disabled)

* Reproaches himself
* Suicidal disposition
* Despair

Any more and/or better ideas or ideas for a remedy?

* Selflessness: he endures his sufferings in order not to burden his wife with the consequenses of his death.

Why aren't nat-c, sil and staph in this rubric? Because I know they tend to sacrifice themselves/put somebody elses needs first...

Could also be out of sense of duty, that he stays for his wife...
