Acidity and Bowel Movement
Hi,I notice that after drinking alcohol, especially after drinking glasses of beer, I tend to get loose bowel. But after 'discharging' my loose bowel, I feel much better and my bowel then goes back to normal...until of course I happen to come across another few glasses of beer. =)
Another thing that I noticed is that during working out, I tend to develop slight stomach acidity possibly because of the excessive weights that I put on my bar/dumbbells. This acidity leads normally leads to loose bowel.
Considering the scenarios above, my question would be...
Does stomach acidity 'help' induce bowel movement (which in this case, is loose bowel movement)?
Thank you.
