Hi Doctors,
Too late, I took a dose of Ars Alb today morning.SHOULD I STOP IT.I could not access the internet yesterday. No heart problems except BP which is steady on med Telpress 40.
Presently pains/burning/discomfort around the umbilicus area and burning in the chest and rectum. Overall feel lethargic, tired and no concentration for the past 10 days, which started from last Tuesday(4-09-07).
Continuing with Isabgol for the past 2 days.
Pls do let me know if I need to take any medicines. Should I stop the Ars Alb and just continue with Isabgol.

Hi Doctors,
Caught the flu on Saturday. Headache, nose dripping with severe mucus, and back very hard. Started Ars Alb 30C daily 1 dose along with 4 tabs of Ferrum Phos 6X.
Stomach a bit better.
Pls advise.

Every symptom still present with the addition of a cough, sneezing which started a couple of hours ago.
Another question, can I add a bit of sugar to the isabgol which I take with milk.

Hi Doctors,
I do not have the urge for cold water or cold things but do either resist them if given. For years together i have my bath whichever season it is in cold water. Only if I am sick or if there are any body pains i take hot water.
I drink small quantity of water. My morning regimen is first when I get up before I go to the loo i drink 2 glasses of water. Once I come out again a glass of water. After I come from badminton I take another 2 glasses of water and once I have my bath and come out I take another glass of water. This is a compulsory schedule I follow. During my day in the office, I take small quantity of water and if I am at home water is very negligible. Through out the day other than my schedule in the morning water intake is very less.

Mornings I compulsorily do my workouts even with the fever. Hope it does not effect the lungs or the chest and lead to complications.
Tummy a bit better, either isabgol or Ars Alb is doings its magic. Isabgol I'll continue. When do you want me to stop Ars Alb. Like i asked in the last post, can I add a bit of sugar in the Mix of milk and isabgol.

Hi Doctors,
I think I have got the flu again. I'm guessing. Severe back pain in the mid region and blowing of nose. need to constantly blow my nose(Yellow mucus). The acidity has also not left me as yet.
Have stopped the Ars Alb 3 days back.
I have yet to reach my comfort level.

I still feel Ars. Alb. is the remedy.
Pl take Ars.Alb 30 (4 pills or 2 drops in one oz. of pure water. Shake the bottle well for 10 to 15 times . Take one spoon at a time. Thrice a day. Stop as soon as there is improvement or aggravation.

OK. Just to let you know that sometime last year I have taken Ars Alb 1M(sometime in Oct) It was upped from 30C.
Severe back ache from middle to lower end. The fever has still not left me.The bloated feeling and acidity still persists. VERY UNEASY..

Hi Doctors,
Tongue mostly coated white and at times when my stomach/abdomen is bloated with trapped gas and not successful bowel movement it is yellowish/flabby.
Appetite is severe hunger, but restrict my diet.
Stools though it passes, need to go 2/3/4 times, these days not satisfactory. Like something held up or trapped.

Meaning, Pls explain.
Have used Isabgol for 3 weeks. have stopped it now.
Taken 3 doses of China 30C on Sunday 23rd Sep. The first dose felt severe aggravation ie headache till afternoon. The afternoon dose cleared of the headache.
The bowel movement is usual, even though I successfully pass stools which is 2/3 times minimum, I still feel bloated and I need to go again. I pace up and down for a few minutes to get the pressure or the urge, I sit down for sometime and maybe after a few pushes a small bit of stool passes. This happens regularly and I feel a knot besides the umbilicus on the left side. Pains a bit, and out of frustration I dress up and go out and after few minutes I feel fine and in between I can feel the bloatedness. At times I need to apply pressure just below the rib cage and at times both sides of the abdomen a bit above the umbilicus.
A severe backache between the shoulder joint for the past few days. Joint pains which had cleared have resurfaced.The acidity still there but less. Is the back pain becoz of the acidity?
I'll wait for a few days to see if things clear up. However pls advise me in case I need to take any meds or my feedbacks.
