itchy rash that is spreading

Hi, I'm new to homeopathy. My neighbor recommended me to this site. Here are my symptoms:
-dry, itchy rash that began (2 weeks ago)on left elbow and spread to the right elbow
-spread to both kneecaps, though not as heavily and small bumps randomly appearing on knuckles
-a few itchy bumps now on foreams and thighs also in buttocks
-31 year-old female
-stay-at-home mom of 4
-caucasian
-light brown hair
-sweet tooth
-short, medium frame (about 15 - 20 lbs overweight)
-optimistic and friendly personality but prone to some moodswings and mild episodes of depression

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
