I have Mag Phos 30 in liquid. Please let me know how to take the same. Also I don't have Crataegus Oxyacantha-Q. I need to get it which should take atleast one week.

Shall I start taking Mag Phos first ?If yes as requested above please advice how to take the same.

You can take Mag.phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time,upto 4 times in a day.

There won't be much of a problem. But my experience is that mag.phos 6x works better for painful complaints like the ones you have mentioned.
