What if role of miasms was eliminated in treating chronic diseases?If you remove the effect of individual miasms or combinations that may be in play (ie. by taking psorium, tuberculinum, medorinhum, carsinosan and syphillinum high potency - 1 dose), the indicated remedy or the constitutional remedy may work more efficiently to resolve the problem.
Is this a viable approach?

No not at all.The remedy selected on the basis of totality of symptoms should cover the active miasm.
Psorinum and others should only be prescribed if the symptoms called for that remedy.
