Sore Throat - Gavini /Sajjad/Mahfooz Request help

I have sore throat for the last two days after I took ice water after coming inside the home from a place with lot of heat and sun. There is a mild headache and it feels feverish.

Please advice.

It is better to limit the repetetion of dry doses to a maximum of six doses in acute complaints.

If the problem is not fully resolved by then, it is time to look for a complementary/corrolary medicine.

Thanks. The sore throat has gone, no headache, no fever. I have stopped Belladona 30 C. But I have started getting dry cough. It is not very much but like once every two min. Please suggest.

The symptoms are too vague to zero in on the correct medicine.

Tell us more about the type of cough.

Is it painful?

What aggravates it?

What ameliorates it?

When is it more?

When is it less?

Give more details about the running nose too.

The type of discharge, the frequency of discharge and other details.

The cough is slightly painful. It is sitting there and I don't think anything aggravates or ameliorates it. It is there verytime but I slept well in the night after taking a dose of Nat Mur 6X and Kali Phos 6X. The running nose is not watery and mucus is white but not very thick.

Please let me know if any more detail is needed.
