Stubborn warts on hand

My son has warts on his hand, the largest one being near the kunckle of the index finger. Not only do they keep growing regardless of treatments, there are also new one sprouting on his index finger, higher up on the back of his hand and his second knuckle. He seems healthy otherwise. I'm not sure what to do, but I want to treat his whole body, not just the hand.
