serious back pains

i was in a bad wreck about 9 years ago and ever since i have had horrible pains in my back. the doctors just shrugged it off and well so did i. the pains have getting alot worse. now they are to the point to my back going out and not being able to move for hours, having to do anything to solve some of the pain ie. tanning beds, hot pads, hot baths, pain medicines. i have no clue how to help this but i wait tables and its hard to stand at work all day with the pain as bad as it is. when i wake its almost unbareable. someone please help.

i'm not exactly sure what all to tell you but i will try to go into more detail about everything. i did not really feel much pain at first after the car wreck due to shock. the next day i was tremendously sore and in a lot of pain. they did xrays and all of the medical stuff. they came back and said that my back was disaligned or something. so i went to the chiropractor for about six months. the girl that was driving in the wreck... her insurance stopped paying for that so i had to stop going. i havent really had much treatment since other than just going to my family doctor to get muscle relaxers and pain meds sometimes. my back favors that of someone who has scoliosis. its badly twisted. i really am not sure what is wrong but no doctor so far has really been able to help me and the pain pills are just too adictive to continue to take them. the pain is horrible. its so bad that sometimes it feels as though there is so much pressure between my hips and my lower back that it could just pull apart. i dont really feel any better from moving around. so far the only thing that helps is just to take hot baths or use heat to help it. and then it still hurts. i feel the constant need to pop my back and releive the pressure. i am not sure if this makes much difference but i do have fairly large breasts and that may have put a little strain on my back. i have also noticed a large hump type area starting on my upper back right below my neck. it feels as though there is so much tension built up there but i am not sure if its connected to my back problems or not. i really hope this helps and if you need more info please let me know.

We missed that it is the result of an accident.

That changes the prescription.

Where do you live?

Try and see if you can procure Arnica 10M. If it is not possible, get atleast Arnica 1M, and inform after you get it.
