I am doubtful of the following reports as shown above:-

'HAEMOGLOBIN level is 11.5.

'CREATININE is 475.

'UREA is 31.3'

Pl. have them checked.

I do not think if a patient can survive with that high Creatinine.

Pl. let me know on which method it is recoeded and what is the range as per this method.

If possible pl. attach the scanned copy of the report.

Creatinine must 4.75 (not 475 !!). Even at that level it is quite alarming.
