Sudden hair loss and prolong dandruff

Hello,
iam male 26 suffering from dandruff for over 5 years now i notices that in middle of my head hair growth is decreased and i can see the skin ,please advise me . some of my hair are also Grey for about 4 years

hunger is normal , thirst is very high , sweat smell stingy. eyes are weak , i feel exhausted after exercise.
