Rotator cuff strain, neck pain
I have a 15 year old rotator cuff injury in my rt. shoulder that has now migrated through my neck (compensating for years!) to my left shoulder. I'm doing phys. therapy, but also taking Ruta Grav. Arnica, Rhus Tox, Apis Mell, Belladonna, and Bryona with some Wobenzyme and an MSM complex. It hurts more in the early AM. I also have crepitus in my rt. knee. Advice???Tevro on 2003-10-12

Stop all other homeopathic stuff.
TAKE :
ARNICA 200C Morning and evening.
LEDUM 30 C Four times a day
HYPERICUM 30 C Four times a day.
Where ever there is a cluster of nerves and you have got an injury there, HYPERICUM is the best answer.
The neck area has lots of nerves passing through it. All the nerves from the spine, limbs etc. are passing to the brain through the neck.
LEDUM is good for injuries just like ARNICA . Infact LEDUM is like an anti-tetanus injection and removes all such infection.
Do not take medicine in excess as it will only spoil your case.
