Need of Combination of Homeo remedies

Theory of one medicine is good and mostly recommended but at times more than one medicines are needed. Conditions are not similar at the places where the remedies were tried and where the persns being treated stays. Also in such cases there was controlled food habits.

Now a days the Water and air pollution coupled with the type of food habits that have developed, my experience is that more than one remedy ate helpful.

Each medicine has a specific area of its action and when there are more than two areas or infections are involved - one medicine has not shown results. B

y the time the action of 1st medicine is taken care by one remedy, the other takes over and when the other is treated the 1st one reoccurs because of polutions and food habits.

As such my findings are that more than one remedy is needed in many cases and that has helped.

Homeopaths have been practising it and getting results. What great - Dr. Kent and Dr. Henahaman have recorded was as per the food habits and environment at that time and in those developed counries with no water and air polutions.Times have changed and there is need of new ideas.

Yes it is correct that high potency medicines should not be clubbed as they have long effect in the system.

Lower potencies say 6 / 12 / 30 or in X potencies can be considered if becomes necessary.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This is exactly what I say allopathic thinking with homeopathic medicines.

If people understand the philosophy of homeopathy, they will not be saying like this.

All of us agree that homeopathic medicines are 'energy' medicines. Each medicine gives a jolt to the vital force in its unique way, to help it to get rid of the disease. Most of the medicines are capable of acting from head to toe, if carefully chosen.

If you give unsynchronised random jolts to the vital force, the result will be a totally unexpected one.

The problem may get palliated for some time on this multiple medicine therapy, but will rebound with more force sooner than later.

Even if two medicines are clearly indicated for different sets of problems, the tried and tested way is to concentrate on one set of problems that are troubling the patient most, select a single medicine for that problem, and see that that particular problem is resolved.

If the second problem is still there , select another medicine now. So, a patient returns to optimum health by a series of medicines one after the other.

Not by using them together.

The only exception to this is the use of tissue salts in 6X potency along with homeopathic medicines of 30c and above, as they still have some physical molecules left in them, and hence act on the physiological plane.

Perhaps some organ specific medicines too can be given in mother tincture form/ low potencies like 3x/6c, along with the well chosen homeopathic medicine.

Any medicne beyond 6c enters the realm of 'energy' medicine and should not be given together.

So, a 30c with another 6x, or a 200c with another mother tincture may be tried together, but even that should be attempted in the rarest of rare cases, and not routinely.

Yes Mr. Murthy. You are right. Alopathic with Homeo. I have seen many Alopathic doctors in West Bengal and I know some in Northern Inia have switched over to Homeo.

In Alopathic you have a systems to verify the improvement or to know the exact cause of the problem.

Like the one case which I handled yesterday.

The patient was having weakness in the evening. No oher abnormal symptom to put in our Ruberics.

While watchng her face, it looked that there is something wrong with her Homeoglobin and Calcium contents. The patient was advised to go for Blood check up. She just now reported that her H.B. is only 8.7 and Calcium is 14 . H.B. is below normal and Calcium is above normal. It is really amzing for me also and also to the patient.

Not in this situation I seek your advice how to handle the case to overcome the weaknss on day's exertion.

It is very rare that there are no other symptoms except weakness in the evening.

If you want to take a complete case ask her all these questions.

For more information on high calcium levels read this.

************

High calcium in the blood is due to parathyroid disease almost all the time. High calcium (hypercalcemia) is never normal. All causes of high calcium are discussed here, including what tests will determine the cause of the high blood calcium. No worries, high blood calcium is rarely cancer!

................

Hypercalcemia is defined as a serum calcium concentration above 10.4 mg/dL (2.6 mmol/L in Canada, Europe, and Asia). A serum calcium concentration >14.0 mg/dL (>3.5 mmol/L) requires immediate therapy. Although there are many causes of hypercalcemia, primary hyperparathyroidism is the most common cause in the general population, and cancer and other non-PTH-mediated causes are most common in hospitalized patients.

Symptoms of Parathyroid Disease

Loss of energy. Don't feel like doing much. Tired all the time.
Just don't feel well; don't quite feel normal. Hard to explain but just feel kind of bad.
Feel old. Don't have the interest in things that you used to.
Can't concentrate, or can't keep your concentration like in the past.
Depression.
Osteoporosis and Osteopenia.
Bones hurt; typically it's bones in the legs and arms but can be most bones.
Don't sleep like you used to. Wake up in middle of night. Trouble getting to sleep.
Tired during the day and frequently feel like you want a nap.
Spouse claims you are more irritable and harder to get along with (cranky, bitchy).
Forget simple things that you used to remember very easily.
Gastric acid reflux; heartburn; GERD.
Decrease in sex drive.
Thinning hair (predominately in older females).
Kidney Stones.
High Blood Pressure (sometimes mild, sometimes quite severe; up and down a lot).
Recurrent Headaches (usually patients under the age of 40).

Most people with hyperparathyroidism will have 3 or 4 of these symptoms. Some will have lots of them. A few people will say they don't have any...

I am not against allopathic diagnosis. It is required and help us in asesing the prognosis of the disease.

Perhaps it helps us too in selecting the suitable organ remedy.

But the organ remedy too can't be given based on allopathic diagnosis alone. The first and foremost requirement is to go by signs and symtoms, and see that the organ remedy you selected covers these prominent symptoms.

If the prominent symptoms are covered by some other medicine, which is not yet known to cover this particular organ, one need not hesitate to use that.

If your treatment is succesful, you can add that medicine too as an organ remedy for that particular condition.

The concept of organ remedies, and the list of them is made possible through this method only, and after abundant clinical confirmation.

So, the homeopathicity of the medicine is important. Whether this medicine is known to have cured that condition or not is secondary.

Thanks Mr.urthy for your decent observations.

While going through the Questionaire required from the patient I have the following observations:-

Patient in to-day's time looking for fast releif and less time to answer questions.

When such a big list is given, he/she proceds to an Alopath.

Further Dr. Kent rightly suggested the following DIet guidlines:-

'While taking medicine use common sense in diet. Avoid everything you know to be hurtful, or of which you have doubt. Avoid rich, greasy food, spices, cakes, pies, candies, tea, strong coffee, and food or drink after which you feel uncomfortable'

In to-days time when the patient is not hospitalized, he/she finds it difficult to follow the above rule.

This is how the other Therapy is getting popular where the Questioning and dieting is retricted only to Hospitalized patients.

If one wants to have real cure, the little time invested in answering the questionnairie is worth the effort.

if people have no patience, and want to go to allopathy, let them.

We will treat only those who are willing to co operate.

Dear Rajendra,
You are trying to convince a man who is beyond reason !!

You will soon realise that he is wasting your time.

Please continue with the good work you are doing for patients.

Such personal comments are best avoided, as they seve no purpose.

One should discuss on the subject with reference to the points rised, and try to convince others with his view point.

Many of the new comers may not know that this sort of personal remarks is the cause of all the bloodshed on this forum earlier.

Once in a while some people peep in cautiously to see if the road is clear for them to make a come back with their outlandish claims and irresonsible prescriptions.

Please be aware of the tantrums these people can play to disrupt the forum.

Pankaj,

There is nothing wrong with saying if you think Rajendra and Murthy have different points of view and will be unable to convince each other of anything. However, kindly do so without resorting to personal remarks.

Murthy, please do not retaliate.

Best Wishes,
Simon
