Is weakness immune system or incorrect remedy?

Hi there,

I have found Pulsatilla to have got rid of chronic sinusitis in the past. This time around I felt results after a couple of days so stopped taking but then felt very weak. I took another dose and my sinuses became very inflamed so I thought I had taken too much but now have the weakness again and am wondering if it is my immune system causing the weakness where it is fighting the bacteria? In the past I have jumped on antibiotics once I feel weak and then felt energy come back with antibiotics (Augmentin) but a few weeks later the infection comes back so am not sure if the good feelings from the antibiotics are because immune system not fighting the bugs?

Any advise would be very much appreciated!
