hair falling

I was working very hard physically, and at the same time I went on a really harsh diet, and quit smoking. I ended up losing about 40 pounds in 40 days.
As soon as my lifestyle went back to normal I started losing so much hair. If I ran my hand through my hair while I was studying, it would cover the page. A year later it is only a little better. I mostly lose it in the front, over the forehead. My hair and my scalp are also very dry in the front, and if I get stressed out over something my scalp suddenly starts itching really badly. (I tend to have a bad temper, but it leaves me quickly.)I'm a 25 year old male and have no family history of hair loss.

What dose would you recommend?

Try Thallium met. and Thallium brom.
Try both. Thallium is good against (forehead) hair loss, supports the urinary bladder.
Considering your background it may be vitamin/mineral deficiency. Maybe Zinc supplements is worth trying, they helped me.

Few Questions I'd like to ask:

1. What are the main ingredient of your diet you think that gives you the adequate nourishment?

2. Did you change your place before noticed the hair loss problem? Esp. if the water you use has changed.

3. Do you have craving for salt(salt-like) food-stuff?

5. Any peculiar eating habits?
e.g. dislike for milk but fondness of milk products and sweets.

6. When you get stressed, have you noticed any tiny sweat-droplets in your forehead, which quickly disapears when you come out of stress?

7. Why do you want to reduce you weight? Did (or do) you starve yourself quite often, repenting yourself for having eaten something, you think you should not have done?
8. Have you felt weak or fainitng anytime? Do you feel that your spine will hurt badly if you try to lift a heavy weight straight from the ground?

9. Any difficulty in stool?
----------------------

Your remedy seems to be mainly 'phosphorus' (30X), however it has to be accompanied with something like
'sulphur' or 'silicea' or 'phosphoric acid' or 'kali karb'

Also don't take phosphorus too often. Give a weeks break after some dose and observe! Also pl. respond, this will help preparing good repository for future treatment!

Falling hair is a main symptom of detoxification, so it may stop when you are done detoxing.

I have been successful in controlling the loss of hair in many cases with Arnica 6c to be taken with any good Fish liver oil and Vitamin E.

Dose 2 balls Arnica 6c 3 times daily. 1 capsule FIsh oil and Vit E daily.

You should notice a reduction of your hair loss in 2 weeks and new growth should be visible in about a month.

Suggest you also read the many other posts on this BB on the same subject.
