High BP with cerebral attack/stroke

My sister in law had suffered stroke due to High BP and subsequently right hand side is paralysed and speech had been lost. Now she is recuperating but no sensation for urination. Right hand side movements have started but there is no control. She is being fed throgh G-tube as food pipe is not functioning. BP is still very high. Could some body suggest the right medicines for improvement.
