watery eye with discharge

My 2 year old son has one watery eye and I am noticing bit of discharge at the inner corner that I am constantly cleaning. It doesn't seem to be bothering him. It is a little red though. He also has a runny nose. Please help!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please try EUPHRASIA OFFICINALIS-30 (three drops per dose thrice a day for 2/3 days) and report

I only found the pellets. It says 5 pellets 3 times a day. I'm new at all this stuff.

how long do I continue with these pellets. how soon should I see it getting better. Now he is getting a cold, coughing runny nose.

After the 3rd day it seem to have gone away. If it comes back can I continue with the same medicine or try another? Thank you for your help. :)
