homeopathic remedies during menstruation

Hi everybody,

Is it true that I have to stop the homeopathic treatement during the menstruation and start taking it again after the bleeding has stopped?

I am under treatement for yeast infection and at the moment I have my menstrual cycle, so I stopped taking the remedies. The symptoms have worsen considerably :-(

you can continue taking the remedies during your periods as well.
