ongoing menstrual issue

I have been dealing with menstrual issues ever since I started my period, but it got worse after giving birth to my son and worse again after my daughter. As a teen I was put on the pill to control the pain and heaviness associated with my period so that I stopped missing school for it. After having my daughter and getting my period back 9 mos. after her birth, my period gradually got worse and have been this way for 1.5 years now. I have done extensive saliva testing and gone through a rigorous homeopathic treatment which spanned the course of a month. When that was over, some of my emotional issues were better, but my pain and other physical symptoms have never gotten any better. After that not working, I decided to do a colon and liver cleanse, which I'm currently in the process of (I did a 2 month colon cleanse which is nearly over and am going into my 2nd month of a 3 month liver/kidney/gallbladder/blood cleanse). Here are my major symptoms:

1. Long periods. About 10-14 days long. Scanty bleeding with some small clots in the a.m. starting on day 22/23/24. The scanty part continues until about day 28 and then I have profuse/heavy bleeding for about 6-7 more days with clotting.
2. Vaginal aching/feeling as if my vagina will literally fall out on the heaviest days.
3. Headache midway through period. Most often on left side. Definitely migraine in strength. Sometimes switches from right to left. Sensitivity to light and headaches also often disrupts my sleep. Headache sometimes lasts 1-4 days. Pulsating/throbbing.
4. Sciatic pain on left side from buttocks down left thigh to knee, during most intense part of period. Also pain in left hip and sometimes pain in Right sciatic area.
5. Severe cramps-pelvic and around lower back.
6. Irritability-lots of it with kids and husband.
7. I sleep great beyond the nights when I have a headache.
8. I'm sensitive to touch.
9. My only real fear is of snakes.
10. I had a very large baby the first time (almost 10 lbs. and I'm around 125lbs. normally). I get the same weak feeling in my vagina during the heavy part of my period that I did after having him.
11. Developed a 'pregnancy rash' puppp, during first pregnancy.
12. Skin breakouts on forehead and chin.
13. Major post partum depression after my first birth.
13. Bad PMS
14. Since I completed the initial homeopathic course I was put on, last month I tried Phosphorus 30c x3days and sepia 30c every 15-30 minutes for 2 hours on worst part of period (migraine, sciatic pain, vaginal pain, hip pain, cramps) and then every 2 hours after for a full day and I had no relief.
15. This month, I tried phosphorus again for 3 days and am now taking belladonna every other day to see if it has any effect on my cycle. I'm already on day 3 of my 'scanty'/spotting part of my period.

My feeling is after reading TONS of info, is that Sepia is a total match for me, but I don't know why it didn't work. Should I try sepia 200c? The program I was on several months back was intense and should have zapped this, but for some reason my body is not responding. Any advice would be appreciated. The saliva test results seemed to indicate that my issues were more with emotions (and cortisol levels of the organs) and not so much hormone levels.

I have history of extensive antibiotic use (from age 10-18 for tonsillitis) and birth control from 18 years-25 years). Extensive use of motrin/pain relievers for cramps. I am currently on NO other meds. Just trying to get through the cleanses.

Used to be shy and withdrawn. Am still very compassionate, but more outspoken. Still tend to not always voice my opinion and hold things in until I can't anymore! I want to help EVERYONE and spend lots of time trying to help them figure out their problems.

Hope this helps. I would appreciate any advice.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Also have history of use of 'natural progesterone creams'. During first pregnancy and also from last January to last March.

Thanks. By the way, I have the results of my hormonal tests here. I'm not sure what you'd want to know (it's several pages long), but I have it! I started the heavy part of my cycle this morning. I'm already having some of the sciatic pain on the left side and the vaginal/pubic pain. Should I stop belladonna now and try sepia instead? I've already taken 2 doses of belladonna today. Do you think I aggravated my symptoms last time by taking too much sepia?

Also, if I try the sepia 2x/day for days and stop, I will already be through the toughest part of my period and my symptoms will already be dissipating. I won't know if anything worked until next month.

I think I also forgot to mention I have lots of dark clots on the heavy days, especially on day 4 of the heavy part of my period. On day 4, I will typically have a light period in the a.m. then in p.m. it gets clotted and heavy and the vaginal/pubic pain recurs and then by evening everything gets better again. Just more info!

From my saliva testing. Here are the results:

Free Cortisol Rhythm
1-3am 3 DEPRESSED 4-19nM
7-9am 9 DEPRESSED 13-24nM
11-1pm 3 DEPRESSED 5-10nM
3-5pm 2 DEPRESSED 3-10nM
7-9pm 2 DEPRESSED 3-7nM
Cortisol Burden: 19 28-68(norm)
The cortisol burden refluect the area under the cortisol curve. THis is an indicator of overall cortisol exposure, where high values favor catabolic statea nd low values are a sign of ADRENAL DETERIORATION.

REMARKS: Depressed morning cortisol

I'm 5 feet 6 inches, weigh 127 lbs. White female with fair complexion, dark brown hair. I'm not easily consoled (if this was what you meant). I try to fix everything myself and don't readily accept help.

should I also mention lack of sexual desire (for years, started shortly after birth control) and problems with anger/outbursts.
