antidote procedure
dear forum memberskindly advice the basic procedure for antidoting any medicine
suppose a person is given four dose of nitric acid 200 one dose per day
and we want to antidote the effect of nitric acid, how many dose of hepar sulph is required with doses and potency

The troublsome symptoms that are caused by Nitric acid, should match those of hepar sulph for it to act.

Dear Murthy
There has been No aggrevation by giving 4 dose of nitric 200 till date and it has been almost a week
There was little improvement after giving second dose but improvement stoped, Nitric acid 200 was given for sides of mouth cracked since 30 potency did not work

Why do you want to anti-dote when you did not see any alarming aggravation ?
Antidotes are used only when you see alarming aggravations.
The best remedy is the most similar one according to present symptoms.
Nitric acid probably is not the correct choice since it did not act even in 200C.

Dear doctor,why you thinking to antidote.When a medicine doest produce any adverse action then dont need to antidote that medicine,rest the question not improving the disease if it was seleted properly then you can follow higher potency of that medicine.In your case selection or applying of nitric acid was not suitable.In my openion you can try condurango Q.Thanks and wishes you the best.Malaker

After giving Nitric acid 200
Now from 12-12-2007 I can see some aggrevation , such as Pain in head on left side above Eye,
It is not continous but while coughing it pains
Eye is also irritated with itching
So Kindly suggest suitable antidote with potency and dose
Also advice will this aggrivation end automatically and in How many days shall we expect the result

dear doctor,dont need to antidote,for the present situation of the patient you can try Bryonia 200 one dosage daily upto 3days n wait for improvement.thanks malaker

A patient has taken Selenium for sexual and uro-genital problems. But he face aggravation like prostate and abdomen pain; and also decline about erection. Now he only get slight erection in morning. Prostatic fluid secretion has either same or have increased.
In order to undo the aggravation of Selenium (Selenium-3x tablet few months ago; and now Selenium-6 three times per day for one month and Selenium-30 weekly dose for one month), I have suggested him Puls-30 weekly dose. Is it ok? I also suggested him to take Conium-200 one dose per 3 days. Is the conium can be taken along with puls?
