strep in 8 yr. old - dosing question

My 8 yr. old woke up with early signs of strep. (Sore throat, headache, bad breath) No fever yet. Her sister just got over it so I'm sure that is what it is. I gave her 100C Belladonna to try and knock it out fast this am. She is feeling better. After dosing with 100C, do I repeat it the next day or how often? Should I just use 30C? That is what I normally use. Thank you for your help.

If the improvement is drastic , there is no need to repeat.

However, to be sure that you knock the infection away, you can repeat 100C for 2 more days , once a day.

Dont go down to 30C . It will not act after 100C.
