luekopenia,malabsorption of calcium.

I(28 years old, teacher) was diognised with luekopenia(decrease in white blood cells)& pernicious anaemia after an allopathic treatment of hypothyroidism(now cured ). Any remedies in homeopathy for this?
I'v got my blood HB level from 6.5 to 9.0 in 4 months by using these medicines :
Ferrum Phos 3x,
calcarea phos 6x,
Irridium 30 (weekly once-6 weeks).
I'v also noticed a decrease in my joint pains.

My allopathic doctor earlier said that my body has arthritis due to malabsorption of calcium. He said I have to take prescribed vitamin supplements containing BORON,Iron & Calcium -for 6 monthhs.I knew about the ill effects of prolonged intake of irontonics(allopathic).Hence I would like to know whether the homeo medicines 'Boric Acid' or 'Borax' do treat this malabsorption of calcium?
