Sleep suggestions with 23 month old

My youngest is 23 months old. He has never been a good sleeper bu just seems to be getting worse. We have tried everything (even the occasional dose of benedryl)!

Are there any homeopathic rememdies out there that can be suggested for a 2 yr old?

He drinks plenty durin ghte day and he is not looking for fluids when he wakes at night. A lot of the times he is not fully awake because we run in to give him his pacifier or lovey before he fully wakes up. Sometimes he does wake up crying. We do try to bring him into bed with us if he won't settle back down in his crib- again, sometimes this works sometimes he just plays around for a few hours at which point we return him to his crib and just let him cry.

We do not yell at him or get angry when he wakes we placate him the 1st few times and then if he is mad, crying, yelling we lay him down and try to firmly tell him it is time to sleep.

He is very strong willed and stubborn! It is different every night. He is not a peaceful sleeper. He will sleep solid the 1st few hours but after that sleeps restlessly the rest of the night.

Hope this is hlepful? Thank you!

Also, I just want to add that he does suffer from asthma and has croup related problems because of that but unless he is having a bad bout it does not attribute to this problem with his sleep.

you coould try CHAMOMILLA 30C two doses before he sleeps and watch him for the next couple of nights.
