Retake the case and select the proper remedy.

Do not underestimate Belladonna in Autistic cases. The only problem is that it must be repeated frequently.
I have observed in Autoism cases , to start with Belladonna. It most definitely works but dose must be repeated at each 3rd day.
Try Belladonna 30 once a day for a week. Wait and if symptoms return, replete the dose for a week again.
In all of the cases I have handled Belladonna 30C(at morning) + Sulfur30C (at evening) worked best.

If the symptoms are returning unchanged, try the same potency and wait again till the symptoms return.
You can do so three times with each potency. If the same symptoms continue with diminished intensity even after three doses, rise the potency to the next scale and observe.
30, 200, 1M can safely be tried on your own. If the case needs still higher potencies, it is better to take the help of a homeopath in person.
As Sajjad pointed out each dose must hold for a few days atleast, and the symptoms should diminsh in intensity when they return.
If it is not happening then the remedy selection is wrong.

thanks for your advice. i just give brief history of my son so that you can advice me wether selected remedy is similimum or not.my sons development is normal upto 14months despite of frequent fevers and anal rash first appeared at 4 months(indication that dpt vaccine is damaging the system) other peculiar symptom is he used to crawl very fast with greate energy, intially he used more than 20 words at the age of 13 months, but after that he gradually lost his verbal skills and only made noises, lost eye contact, regressed in all aspects he walked on toes and always prefered to play with threads, belts and very much exited with textures of cloths, bed sheets.other symtoms are hand guaging, looking over sides, sudden actions, tantrums, bed wetting.
after biomedical intervention things became more worse especially after b12 infusions. immediately we switched over tohomeopathy and we are on that since3 years without much results.
he had all the vaccines(dpt, hib, bcg, measles, mmr)apart from these he was vaccinated againt rabies(which iam regretting now) for light srathes of dog.

there history of cancer in faternal grand mother history and depression
thermals:he is genarally warm .strong craving for sweets, milk, biscuits etc.most of the time in a day he search for some thing to eat.my selection of the remedy is based on lighting in his actions, trying to escape, excited at the sight of running water from tap, acute senses(smell, hearing, toe walking, touch).previous remedies baryta carb, calc carb, carsinosin, tuberculinum and lot of combos under the treatment of two professional homeopaths, are given .so let me know wether i am in right path.more over i am cotemplating on calc carb as afallow up remedy after some time. but he uncovers one leg during his sleep in night,is it indication for sulpher.thank you very much for kind advice in advance.
