Asthmatic Cat
My seven year-old manx has had asthma for five years. I have tried both holistic and conventional medicine but he still suffers. He currently gets an attack at least once a day. They last for about thirty seconds although sometimes they last longer. The only thing I do now whenever he gets an attack is to peacefully talk to him and calm him down. I've noticed that an attack will sometimes occur after he has spent time twisting his body while he grooms himself. He is a bit obese for a cat, 18lbs and so I have him on Eagles chicken kibble 1/4 cup a day and WHole Foods Ocean blend wet food 1/4 cup a day only in the mornings as per a suggestion by a vet. Would anyone please give me suggestions as to how to treat him? Thanks.Asela on 2007-12-31
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please try Nat. Sulph-6x (5 grain per dose) in milk or any other liquid suits to her twice a day.
