Not Working of Mind To its full efficiency
I started to feel this problem in 2001This problem persists throughout the year
Sometimes when i feel some changes(like some drain is being cleaned inside the nose)I feel perfectly OK but this does not exist last long and again back to the original state.
Original State means
I have a problem in head like the muscular contraction in the head and mind dont get the things correctly and also can not remember the things at that moment
When I put my hands on the backside of my head i feel some relief but again later it finished
I take around an hour to get sleep
My physicue is a good one and i am 28 years old

Kali Phos-6x ( a unique nerves and brain tonic) 2 grain per dose thrice a day for w/3 weeks and report.

Actually some times(years) back I have already taken Kali Phos but unfortunately it didn't work .
The reason behind it could be that may be its a problem not rooted by mind i.e may by nose(as i mentioned in my previous post)
If you can go by that line that i feel like some drain or bubbles inside my upper nose part is cleaned out(i dont know how ?) I feel ok but it doesn't persists long.
I get the relief when i press the inner corner of both the eye by my finger tips or pressing my hands behind my head or by moving my hea back side(vertically)
I always feel some sort of tension on my nose(not inside my nose)i.e it the nose outer part contracts and back to its original position and again contracts and so on.......
Still I will start to take Kali Phos and will you report later and if you can tell me by what time (no of days)i will have to try it again.
