Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering? Diagnosed with staph aureus. Have chemical, mold, electrical, sun, vibration, and sound sensitivities. Certain reactions occur in the deep sinuses, which led me to believe I have some sort of infection. Still waiting for results of nasal culture for fungal infections. Bacterial infection tested positive for Staph. Aureus. Not sure yet whether it is MRSA; will know tomorrow.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body? Chronic diarrhea/Crohn's disease, arthritis, Lyme disease

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? Severe depression/hopelessness/suicidal thoughts as a reaction to chemical and electrical exposures

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words. Throat closing, labored breathing, numb pinkies, swollen tongue, erratic heartbeat, sleep apnea, insomnia

5. When did it all start? mid 90s

Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
mid-90s: mercury and arsenic poisoning
'98: chemical injury (exposed to toxic fumes in a Mexican garbage dump fire)
'01: 9/11 lived near site for months/years afterward, breathed in toxic smoke
'03-'04: mold infestation in closets
'04: dxed with Lyme but probably 30+ year infection based on symptom history

6. Which time of the day you are worst? nighttime symptoms are at worst; ~11pm-5am

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.

Aggravate: chemicals, mold, sun, electrical, unexpected sounds, vibrations from motors (ie overhead fans)

Ameliorate: Fresh ocean air (ANY fresh air), vitamin C, meditation/deep breathing, oxygen, exercise (things that get toxins moving out of my body)

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)? Not sure...

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

Don't do well in hot weather or prolonged sun: results in severe 2-3 day migraine, brain fog and overall toxicity. Circulation not great so cold weather not good either. Got 'chillblains' last winter, as I could not tolerate heating in my home and feet got too cold.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc. I am told I have a calming, centered energy. Internally feel wired/nervous a lot, also feel calm a lot. I am agreeable and sweet/friendly most of the time.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? Not sure, since becoming electrically sensitive it might be worse for me.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? Depends on by who, and how. Usually, yes, I need a friend to talk me through it. If I could chemically 'tolerate' certain people, it would be nice to be hugged/caressed during crisis.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? YES

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc? I am constantly removing the skin at either base of nails...not nail biting but skin biting.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife? Distant and disappointed that they didn't make more of an effort to live a non-toxic lifestyle so I could be more a part of their lives.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly? I fear that I will stop breathing.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

Crave: potatoes in many forms, especially chips

Don't especially crave sour foods but I do eat pickled/fermented foods on occasion.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive? Feels normal these days but has been excessive in past.

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive? I feel hungry a lot.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand? Not that I can think of.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs? I think I don't sweat a lot. My right underarm's sweating mechanism seems to be damaged and I usually have a wet spot under my right arm but not my left, without much exertion.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type? Mostly liquid diarrhea for past 3 years. Much more frequent in early mornings; 3-5 times in first hour or two after waking.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping? I sleep pretty good unless I am reacting to an external stimuli. Too much electrical stimuli and I will have insomnia, potentially for days on end. Sleep on either side, my back, sometimes like to put arms above my head, sometimes I also like to sleep on stomach with a pillow under my torso.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general? I guess. Low libido.

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? No.

How are you different from others? Much more sensitive/empathic, my whole life.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication? I tried Asacol for the Crohn's but since I am chemically sensitive, it only made it worse.

22. What major diseases are running in your family? Father: colon cancer, ulcer
Father's side has history of heart disease
Maternal grandmother has Alzheimer's

23. Describe, how do you look like? Tall (5'7'), slender, long legs shorter torso. Dark brown hair, glasses. Hazel green eyes. Full lips. Describe your overall appearance. Attractive.
(For Females)

24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc. Pretty regular, especially considering all my health issues.

25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.

Crohn's disease
I think I have Reactive Airway Disease (RADS) now but do not have an offical diagnosis.

please take ASAFOETIDA 30C two doses a day for some 5 to 7 days and come back to report the changes.

if you feel any change, you can take it in 200c once a week for long term benifit.
