sub mucous fibrosis

for the past 3 years i am suffering from sub mucous fibrosis,a condition in which opening the mouth will be restricted.this is was due to chewing tobacco/pan masala.is there cany treatment for this?i am an indian citizen,and i find it very difficult to travel abroad to receive treatment.kindly help.

Restricted in what way? Unable to open in general or pain prevents opening. Why do you think it is the result of the chew? Is it a common ailment connected with the chew where you are? Please say more about yourself. Sabra
