does anyone know how much santoninum to take for roundworms

I was told santoninum is useful for roundworm infections. How much potency and how much to take and for how long to take it?? How long before it will start to expel worms?? I have upper middle stomach pain and afraid roundworms have migrated into the bile duct. Is it okay to take santoninum if worms are in the bile duct?? Thanks!
