sneezing and running nose

My daughter Prerna is 21 years old.Early morning before she gets up from Bed,she sneezes continously -15-20 times.The nose runs and there is clear discharge.It is also same in the late evening.Similarly ,the dust also triggers of sneezing and running of nose.Please advise.
