Dear Mr.Organon and Mr/Mrs MaciaI have followed the recent posts and there is not much to argue about, however I will make a small reply to you both.
All the knowledge that we acquire is accumulated and kept safe in the Spirits consciousness. Each time we are born, we come back to learn something new, (same with Hahnemann and Mr. Kent) something characteristic of that particular period in history. Time does not stand still. The development of mankind spirals upwards, towards greater wisdom, on and on. Each time there will be people at our side, in some ways very similar to us, but still quite different in their actions and views. I am here to learn my lesson, another person to learn his, and somebody else has its own learning process to go through. On top of all this everybody is a teacher to everybody else. I am doing it my way, you are doing it yours and somebody else has its own way of learning. I am in no way superior to any other man.
Nobody has given us the right to compare ourselves to any other man or to compete with anyone else. We have the right to compare ourselves, as we are now, with the people we were yesterday.
We can consciously use all the desirable characteristics with which we have been provided with in life and we can repress and refuse to allow the undesirable ones to manifest.
Again, your mind which passes through your physical body is not only the result of inherited tendencies, but is the result of home, business and social environment, where countless thousands of impressions, ideas, prejudices, negative and positive and many other impressions have been received. Much of this has been received from others, the result of opinions, suggestions or statements; much of it is the result of our own thinking, but nearly all of it has been accepted with little or no examination or consideration.
You are familiar with the subject of genetics. Darwin, Huxley, Haeckel, and other physical scientists have piled Evidence Mountain high that genetics is a law attending progressive creation. It is progressive genetics which gives man his erect attitude, his power of motion, the organs of digestions, blood circulation, nerve force, muscular force, bone structure and a host of other faculties on the physical side. There are even more impressive facts concerning genetics of mind force. All these constitute what may be called your human genetics.
But there is a genetics which the physical scientists have not solved. It lies beneath and antecedent to all their researches. At a point where they throw up their hands in despair, saying they cannot account for what they see, this divine heredity is found in full sway. It is the benignant force which rules primal creation. It thrills down from the Divine, direct into every created being. It originates life, which the physical scientist has not done, nor ever can do. It stands out among all forces supreme, unapproachable. No human genetics can approach it. No human genetics measures up to it.
This Infinite Life flows through you; is you. Its doorways are but the faculties which comprise your consciousness. To keep open these doors is the learning of Correct Thinking. Is it not worthwhile to make the effort? I thank you both for your input, I wish both of you happiness and understanding, love and harmony

Oh on the contrary, I would say there is much to 'argue' about, although I would perhaps use the term discuss, over argue.

-This is of course only your own beliefs, which is fine, as long as you realise that this is all they are.

-Again this is only your own beliefs. I do not need to be granted the 'right' to compare or compete with another person, I am guided only by my own experiences, and instincts. If someone goes out of their way to negatively influence my life, I will compare my own motivations to theirs, and judge them accordingly for their actions. Also, we all compete with eachother everyday, this is the nature of social interaction. We all wish to be heard, and to see our own influence in the world, and to survive as individuals, and to do this, we must compete with others who do not hold with our own 'ideals', it is the nature of any species to compete.

-But this is my point. By the very fact that one needs to 'repress' these things, to try to stop them from becoming manifest, you are admitting that they have their own influence. If they did not, why would it take a concious act of will to supress them? You cannot deny that which you are, as our true nature will always surface eventually, despite any 'good intentions'. By such methods as you propose, we can only at best 'tame' these things, and try to ensure they do not become out of control (in the absence of their complete removal of course). I will not deny them though, as they are part of what makes us who we are, and 'salvation' (for want of a better term) & greater understanding only comes from truth, and truth only comes from viewing our innermost nature in it's entirety, not hiding from it.

-Of course, but nearly all these things have their basis in miasmatic influence, the miasmatic influence of others.

-This would only apply to some, not everyone. Nothing for example goes by me unobserved, or 'un-analyzed'.

-You are only refering to the 'genetics' of orthodox science. Homoeopaths were of course the first geneticists, as we deal, and have always dealt primarily with hereditary influence, and it is this aspect of genetics which I 'believe' is influencd by Homoeopathy the most...you cannot change the genes which define a species, which you refer to in the first part of the full passage, edited above, but you can alter those which define individual characteristics, those which define our individual instincts and desires. Also of course, just because 'science' may not yet be able to explain something, this does not mean it is divine in origin, which is again only your own belief.
In closing, everything I hold to be true is the direct result of experience, or empirical observation, and therefore everything I know, experiential knowledge. Beliefs, in my opinion, have no place in science, rational thought, or the pursuit of absolute truth.
