White spots on skin after sun

I have annoying small white spots on my lower legs mainly and a few on the top of my legs.
When i sunbathe these white spots will not tan and stay white,some are very small and some are more noticable.
Any help what they are or how i can get rid of them ?

Take three doses of Carcinocin 1M or 200C at ten minutes interval. Repeat it after a week for 4 weeks.
