Why the bloating, pressure, massive stomach, pain/sore spot to the touch under my boob/rib cage?
Hello,I have suffered with painful crampy wind in the past right at the lowest point in my stomach area, once in a blue moon this was, i guess like most people.
But this problem that i would like to ask about is only reasontly - the past few months that i have experienced any 'stomach' troubles. I have never had any problem with indegestion or the like before in my life. I am 25 years old. it seems to be that after i eat, only a small amount and not fatty/suggary things - but when i eat salad for instance i have the most ridiculous bloating - hard bloating all the way up to under my boobs, huge pressure, massive stomach, & a pain well more of a sore spot/band thats right at the top of my bloated stomach under my bra underwiring, mainly on the right side which when i touch or rub seems to help with the pressure a small amount. the bloating also makes me feel horribey sick, high up in my stomach, but i never actually throw up. It means that when i am at work i cannot work as i cannt concentrate because of the discomfort and it lasts for hours. I just have a constant frown on my face with its discomfort and have to undo my trousers and bra so that the pressure can expand properly. it makes me look pregnant. I dont have a terrible diet, i do make sure i have a balanced diet, i sleep enough but i guess i could do with drinking more water and i dont eat breakfast, so for example today i ate at 12.30 and it was a salad bowl with tuna & cheese and now i am sat here looking and feeling like i have eaten a three course meal. do you know what might be wrong, why all of a sudden i am having these problems? its a miserable feeling.
